COBURG AND DEEPWOOD SHOWS

I'm posting some pics of my booths at the last two shows I've done over the past two weekends - Coburg Street Faire in Coburg OR and Deepwood Antique Faire in Salem. I've also included some pics of other vendor's wares as well.

Deepwood Estate is one of Salem's most beautiful places - a Queen Anne estate with gorgeous gardens owned by the city, saved from the wrecking ball! If you're in Salem, you must stop and view the gardens, they're open to the public and the house offers tours. It is an enchanting and magical place.....

This garden was next to my booth at Deepwood - beautiful!
A view of Deepwood house
Martha & Patty. Martha organized the show, she works for the estate and did a fabulous job. Patty is a huge help at the house also and a volunteer (read not paid!) thank you Patty for all your hard work!!
My booth was next to Chandra's (Shabby to Chic Designs)
This vendor had the most wonderful vintage clothing & textiles
My booth , Mary went home with my other neighbor vendor Sheila (Halo Hill)
Chandra's booth, super cute!
My booth, love this color of mums
It's always fun to do these shows and see old friends, make new ones and visit with customers. I'm happy, however, to get a little break from shows for a while and regroup.

This is an old feeding trough I filled with white pumpkins, leaves & candles, perfect for an autumn table setting
Vendor's booth at Coburg - hey I think those used to be my stockings!?

I love this farm cupboard I found at the Ore City sale in August
Vintage patio set I just finished, a little late in the season but still pretty

My next adventure is the Holiday Treasures show on Nov 7th that I do with the very talented Miss Martha of Vintage Trifles at my barn in Sublimity. I think this is our 4th holiday show (?) and it's probably my favorite since I absolutely love Christmas and this is such a special show for us. We have a fantastic Friday night early buying show from 5-8pm for a $5 admission and we offer yummy treats and drinks. This is always a fun night, a great way to start the holiday season and get those one-of-kind treasures before the crowds on Saturday!

We schedule this show the same weekend as the Christmas in Silverton shows. There are tons of shows and sales in the Silverton area this weekend and since Sublimity is only a hop, skip and jump from there, we're included! As if that isn't enough to get you in your car, our friend Cindy of Tarte is having her Magic of Christmas show on Nov 7th also and she's only 45 minutes from Sublimity!

I'll be posting more on the Holiday Treasures show so stay tuned.....

  1. I am so sorry I missed the Deepwood show. My nephew was married there and my brother lives right on Bush (sp?) park. It looks like you had a great show at both places.
